Tara Golliher is a Licensed Massage Therapist educated at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM.

Tara is compassionate and sensitive and takes pride in her work. She values connecting with people and provides a nurturing and safe environment for her clients to relax, de-stress and express themselves how they need to. She has a very intuitive touch and is fully present with every person who gets on her table.

The modalities she integrates into her practice are Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Advanced Myofascial Release, Swedish, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Cranial sacral therapy, Aromatherapy, and Windows of the Sky (a gentle method used to stimulate trigger points and open up energy pathways in the body). Upon request, can offer some sound healing/ therapy to help integrate a bodywork session upon conclusion.

Tara firmly believes in the power of nature for healing of the body, mind, and spirit as one holistic being.

Her goal when working with each individual is to listen closely to both her clients and her intuition; assisting in relaxing their bodies as much as possible to create space for healing and growth. She always aims to meet a client’s individual needs and concerns while empowering and encouraging them to take their health and well-being into their own hands.

In her free time, Tara enjoys mothering her 4 year old son Atlas, spending time with a strong tribe of friends and loved ones, long beach walks and hikes with her toy Australian shepherds, Cricket & Biscuit as well as ecstatic dance, music festivals, yoga, aerial training, transcendental meditation, riding horses and continuing to learn, grow and better herself as an individual to be of service and upliftment to others.

Tara has studied a diverse range of natural therapies such as Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone/ Hot Towel application, silicone cupping, Flower Essences, Essential Oils/ Aromatherapy, in addition to Therapeutic Massage and bodywork. She has foundational knowledge courses in Craniosacral Therapy, Core Synchronism, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Ocean Heart Acupuncture

Hi there! My name is Liz Vitale and I’m a practitioner of East Asian medicine at Three Capes Natural Medicine here in Pacific City, on the beautiful Oregon Coast. My approach to practicing East Asian medicine tends towards gentleness, reflecting the knowledge that our bodies are incredibly capable of healing themselves, given appropriate stimulus and space.

A typical treatment may include acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and an herbal formula to continue the healing process until your next visit. The myriad interconnections within us and among us mean that healing one part is not separate from healing the whole. A small shift in one system can lead to a sea change.

I have experience in treating a variety of conditions from acute pain to chronic disease, including autoimmune conditions, mental & emotional health, sports injuries, digestive & gastrointestinal issues, and allergies.

I am a licensed acupuncturist with a Masters of Science degree from the National University of Natural Medicine and completed a residency in Portland, Oregon.
