Sprout Holistic Nutrition

Mia here, with Sprout Holistic Nutrition. The focus of my practice is taking the whole body (physical, mental and emotional) along with the individual's health history to then use evidence-based techniques to optimize the future of their diet and lifestyle. I'm passionate about making sure that every individual is truly being seen and addressing their symptoms instead of letting them fall through the cracks. I am qualified to help with: digestive & gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune support, weight struggles, mental & emotional support, fatigue/low energy levels, irritable bowel syndrome, SIBO, Candida overgrowth, sleep irregularities, mood improvement, food education, comprehensive testing and much more.

A treatment plan with Sprout will build a foundation of education and empowerment to achieve your optimal health. I will look at you and your bio individuality and work with you to tackle nutritional/metabolic issues, stress, lifestyle/emotional unease, environmental stressors and toxicity. Within your individual plan, you will be supplied with a personalized meal plan, educational resources, recipes, lifestyle recommendations and helpful tools to optimize your healing journey.

I am providing personalized holistic nutrition consulting, corporate wellness resources, hosting workshops, offering pantry face-lifts, grocery shopping aid, meal demonstrations along with being a hub of information and advocating for seasonal nourishment. As a lifetime coastal resident, I understand how important this role is in our small communities and I feel honored to step in and hopefully fill the void. I look forward to working with you!

Blood + Bone Healing Arts

My name is Rose dè Danann and I am a bioregional herbalist, medicine maker and educator living on unceded Nestucca land. The plants initiated me during a long and harrowing illness, from which deep tenderness and devotion was born.

I run an herbal apothecary and work with folks one-on-one to provide you with potent and specific medicine that is balanced and blended exactly for the current ecology of your body.

Most people who feel called to work with medicinal plants find themselves unexpectedly in relationship to chronic illness or chronic symptoms. You may have found that conventional methods did not offer the support or care you needed and are seeking a holistic approach to healing. Working with an herbalist can provide educational and empowering tools in addition to building a bridge to create lifelong relationships with the land and plants around you.

As a Vitalist herbalist, I seek to find the root cause of imbalance and work with the inherent intelligence of the body to restore balance. Each session looks different depending on the needs and desires of the individual. A creative process between you, I, and the plants unfolds.

I seek to inspire and reweave the body into relationship with the land and the rhythms and cycles of the earth. I am passionate about connecting folks to their plant allies and empowering them to continue cultivating these relationships long after our session ends.

All medicine is either grown from seed or wildtended, allowing me to be in direct relationship with all the plants in my apothecary. The quality of medicine is unrivaled compared to conventional large distributors of herbs. By choosing to work with me, you are working with an herbalist who is intimately connected to the cycles of the land and the plants themselves.

Teachers and influences include Micheal Moore, Kiva Rose Hardin, 7song, Matthew Wood, Jim Mcdonald, Sajah Popham, Mila Prince, Paul Bergner, Asia Suler, Samantha Zipporah, and more than any humans - the plants themselves.

I am here for the collective liberation of all beings and believe that healing with plants can provide sovereignty, resilience, and vitality for all.

Ocean Heart Acupuncture

Hi there! My name is Liz Vitale and I’m a practitioner of East Asian medicine at Three Capes Natural Medicine here in Pacific City, on the beautiful Oregon Coast. My approach to practicing East Asian medicine tends towards gentleness, reflecting the knowledge that our bodies are incredibly capable of healing themselves, given appropriate stimulus and space.

A typical treatment may include acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and an herbal formula to continue the healing process until your next visit. The myriad interconnections within us and among us mean that healing one part is not separate from healing the whole. A small shift in one system can lead to a sea change.

I have experience in treating a variety of conditions from acute pain to chronic disease, including autoimmune conditions, mental & emotional health, sports injuries, digestive & gastrointestinal issues, and allergies.

I am a licensed acupuncturist with a Masters of Science degree from the National University of Natural Medicine and completed a residency in Portland, Oregon.

Black Lives Matter. I aim to provide compassionate care in a way that is inclusive of all LGBTQIA2S, all BIPOC, and people of all abilities and sizes.
